WHat Our Families are Saying:
Affordable Cremation and Burial, I would like to make a few comments regarding my recent experience with your facility. First, looking back throughout my life and the loss of parents, grandparents and husband, I will have to say the worst loss ever was the loss of my daughter one week before Christmas, 2020. Unfortunately, her death was in the midst of the shut down of the state of New Mexico due to the pandemic, and there was limited available information from OMI. Affordable Cremation couldn’t get a time to pick her up at OMI as they were overwhelmed with bodies, and After three weeks I even called KOAT tv to try to find out what was happening in Albuquerque? They addressed the issue and interviewed a local funeral home experiencing issues of their own and aired the interview two days later. Finally after Three weeks and three days, and only because of the persistence and knowledge of Miriam Gagne was Affordable Cremation given a time to pick up my daughter to be cremated. Knowing my daughter was at OMI was the most heart wrenching experience I have ever had in my entire life and Miriam’s kindness and compassion through this horrible process SiNCERELY is what carried me through to the end. Four weeks and a few days after her death she was able to be cremated and returned to Ohio, her place of birth for burial. To me, it’s unconscionable when problems with burial make death the worst experience imaginable. I’m grateful to Miriam and Jennifer for taking my phone calls, and answering my emails most timely and most especially for their kindness to me and my family. I will never forget, EVER! Thank You Miriam❣️ Thank you, Jennifer❣️ May God Abundantly Bless You Both as you continue your path of trying your best, and in every way possible to help families. Beverly
